We have exposed ourselves to a large volume of different individual spirits over the past year and a half - over 75? 80? 85? I'm thinking for my next tasting I might forego the selection of 5 and opt for 1 or 2 extreme selections - rarity, top shelf, reputation being the deciding factors. Focus more on food pairings, complimentary spirits, cigars, etc. Who knows, I still feel like a newbie to this huge, incredible world.
