i am a fan of the pre-sample. (and drinking in general) it would seem as the host you would want to have generated an opinion prior to the meeting.

Being concise is good.
Ireland doesn’t have a lot of Distilleries, I am excited to see your spread.

But I really just think your pre-sampling is an excuse.

I am not so sure about pre sampling! You should be savoring your experience for the group! Hah, it really is just too tempting.
Can’t wait for more brown spirits… I do hold a special place for them and their original history.
